→ You will receive an email with payment instructions and request for billing details.
→ The invoice will be issued in accordance with the information provided by you. Once the invoice is issued you will not be able to make any changes.
→ You can pay by bank transfer.
→ You will receive a Small Portuguese Hotels digital voucher once we receive proof of payment.
→ Subject to your chosen hotel’s availability, you can use your gift voucher at any of the Small Portuguese Hotels member hotels at any time of the year.
→ Your reservation must be made directly with Small Portuguese Hotels by calling +351 210 993 332 or via e-mail: info@smallportuguesehotels.com. Reservations made directly with the hotel will not be accepted.
→ If you are in possession of the Gift Voucher you will be considered its owner.
Upon check-out, the holder of the Gift Voucher can use the balance of the Gift Voucher towards payment of any accommodation services. Food and restaurant services, Spa, and other amenities may not be paid for using the Gift Voucher.
→ The Gift Voucher is valid for 1 year as of the date on which it is issued. Once the 1 year period has elapsed, the Gift Voucher will be cancelled automatically. Upon request and for an additional fee (€ 15.00), the Gift Voucher can be renewed for an additional 6 months. → Lost Gift Vouchers may not be re-issued.
→ There will be no reimbursement or credit given should the Gift Voucher exceed the price of accommodation.
→ You may use more than 1 voucher to pay for your stay.
→ You must provide your Gift Voucher to reception at check-in.
→ The Gift Voucher is valid for 1 year as of the date of issue.
