Where can I use the Small Portuguese Hotels Gift Voucher?

The SPH Gift Vouchers can be used for all accommodation services in any hotel belonging to the Small Portuguese Hotels, on any date, provided the hotel has availability. The value of the Gift Voucher shall be discounted from the total value of the stay, upon check out.


How do I make a reservation using the Small Portuguese Hotels Gift Voucher?

Contact us via email: info@smallportuguesehotels.com or telephone +351 210 993 332, tell us your voucher number, what hotel you’d like to stay at and the dates you have chosen for your stay.

Reservations are subject to hotel availability. You will receive a confirmation of your reservation directly in your email inbox.

Bookings made directly with the hotel are not valid.


Can I give a Gift Voucher to someone else?

Yes, a person in possession of the Gift Voucher will be considered its beneficiary.


How long is the SPH Gift Voucher valid for?

The Small Portuguese Hotels Gift Voucher is available for one year as of the date on which it is issue.


Can I use the Gift Voucher on Bank Holidays?

Yes, as long as the hotel has availability the value of the voucher will be discounted from the total amount of your stay. 


Can I renew my Small Portuguese Hotels Voucher if it is due to expire?

Yes, for an additional 15.00€ fee, you can renew your Gift Voucher and extend the date for an additional 6 months. To renew your Gift Voucher please contact Small Portuguese Hotels by phone: +351 210 993 332 or email: info@smallportuguesehotels.com. A Gift Voucher which has been lost cannot be replaced or renewed.


Can I use more than 1 Voucher for 1 stay?

Yes, you can deduct the amount of multiple gift vouchers on one stay. When you make your reservation through info@smallportuguesehotels.com or by calling +351 210 993 332, please tell us the numbers of all of the Gift Vouchers you want to use.


If the final bill for my stay is lower than the full amount of the Voucher, will I be reimbursed?

No. If the monetary amount of the voucher exceeds the final cost of your stay, you will not be reimbursed for the remainder.
